Nancy McKinstry was named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chair of the Executive Board of Wolters Kluwer effective September 1, 2003. Ms. McKinstry has led the digital transformation of Wolters Kluwer into a global expert solutions company. As announced on February 26, 2025, McKinstry will retire in February 2026. Ms. Stacey Caywood, who was named as a member of the Executive Board of Wolters Kluwer on May 15, 2025, will be her successor as CEO.
