Sabina’s legal practice began as Research Associate to Judge Driver at the Federal Circuit & Family Court of Australia. After her admission as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2011, she specialised in building, construction, and insurance litigation.
Sabina has since developed a particular interest in the complex and evolving intersection between artificial intelligence and intellectual property law, recognising the far-reaching implications of emerging technologies for legal practice, authorship, and ownership. Additionally, her current studies in coding equip her with valuable technical insight to navigate and interpret the evolving technological landscape of modern law.
Sabina holds a Masters in Law and is a published academic author.
